Eileen specializes in breeding and foaling, living on the premises of Bosswins Farm. All foaling takes place here, with a state of the art closed-circuit TV system in place to keep a close watch on the mares. There are 24 large stalls at the facility along with four-board plank fencing.

Hill Haven Inc. covers over 50 acres and is home to Eileen's yearlings, broodmares and retirees, with 12 combined stalls/fields as well as fields with run-in sheds to house the horses. This farm also features four-board plank fencing for safety and security.

Layups, pre and post-operative care and boarding are all services offered at Hill Haven. The twelve large fields with attached stalls are perfect for those Thoroughbreds requiring some rest and relaxation from training or the rigorous racing life.
